Proof of Notice for Meeting
President, Sid Norton acknowledged the mailing of proper notice of the Annual Meeting Packet was sent.

The Board Members acknowledge their current standing positions.

Review and Approval of 2013 Annual Meeting Minutes
Motion was made to approve the Minutes for April 3, 2013 as submitted. M/S/P Koontz/Stoll.

President’s Report
- Dry-rot Repairs on the Stage 2 Components is nearing completion. A special walkthrough inspection will be conducted to ensure all items on the punch list is fully executed on project report.

Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer, C. Koontz gave the report of the Financial Status of the Association. The March 31, 2017 ending balance is as follows: in the Dues Account is $16,644.48, in the Operating Account is $1,723.76 and in the Reserve Accounts is $83,588.27. The Special Assessment Account is $15,388.00.
- IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604 – Motion was made by Secret Ballot Quorum with 10 votes to approve the Excess Income Measure for any access monies at the end of 2017 to be placed into the members assessments for the year of 2018 and was passed by unanimous vote.

New Business
- Election of One (1) Board Member – Homeowner Sidney Norton was running for one of the 3 open positions on the Board.
- Sidney Norton introduced himself expressing his continued support for the HOA.
- Appoint of Election Inspectors – Cheryl Dennison of CAMS, opened all Secret Ballot Envelopes and counted the Votes. A Quorum was present with 13 votes for this Annual Meeting of Members of the Fairway Two Homeowners Association
- Sidney Norton received 12 votes electing him to the Board of Directors.
- Election of One (1) Board Member – Homeowner Sidney Norton was running for one of the 3 open positions on the Board.

General Discussion
- #18 would like to install a Mailbox on the exterior entrance wall and seal off the slot into the interior.
- #21 stated they have their new railings installed on the balcony
- #13 Hose bib is leaking and needs to be replaced. Also please replace the stone “wall” piece soon..
- Lower Units Plumbing Replacement – Letters will go to those owners (bottom Units) who are required to have the plumbing line replaced at the kitchen sink area on scheduling with Sac Val Plumbing and the Contractor for interior repairs. 4/8, 10/18, 15/23 for sure have already been replaced.
